Why we Coach

Lacrosse is a growing sport… and it’s growing FAST! There are more players, more talent, and more eyes on this game than ever before!

And it's not slowing down…

With this surge of growth, it’s becoming harder and harder to earn playing time, a roster sport, or to gain exposure.

OUR MISSION at Hybrid Lacrosse is to educate, evolve, and empower lacrosse players to play better, play smarter, and take this sport to the next level.

It starts with the individual.

Individuals make teams better, teams make leagues better, and strong leagues create a strong community.

We want to give as much access, knowledge, and experience to as many individuals as we can.

This game has given us so many valuable lessons, memories, and relationships and we want to pass it on to you!

Our dream to Educate, Evolve, and Empower our players is not only on the field, but off the field. There are a lot of valuable life lessons that may be learned through training or playing a sport. That can elevate a person’s life OFF the field.

We focus on enhancing players weakness, and strengths within their game. Alongside instilling confidence, knowledge, respect, and character.

At the end of the day Lacrosse is about getting better and growing the game.

At Hybrid Lacrosse, we believe that lacrosse has the power to bring people together and create positive change in the their lives. Our vision is to inspire and empower athletes of all levels to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Founded in 2022 by teammates and friends who shared a passion for sharing and growing the game, Hybrid Lacrosse started as two college players that were coaching for local community teams and holding private lessons. Today, we've teamed up and expanding to anyone that is new, intermediate, or an expert on the game.

At Hybrid Lacrosse, we're more than just a training company - we're a community of sports enthusiasts who share a common goal. We're committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment where athletes are comfortable, confident in themselves, skills, and respectable players of all backgrounds can feel welcome and supported.

Coach Chad Huffman

Coach Chad Huffman emphasizes discipline, work ethic, and structure in his coaching and playing philosophy. Passionate about empowering the new generation in a rapidly growing sport. Coach Huffman wants to give back to the lacrosse community that has given so much to him!
